@Swiggy I have been noticing that using swiggy one hdfc card doesn’t give me cashback as it used to. Although when checking benefits of the card, it clearly said 10% cashback with no mention of any cap or anything else

@SwiggyCares @Swiggy I don’t think they control whats shown on your app right… I have been shown cashback for certain amounts and not for others. See how cashback shown when amount is 270 but not when it is 213. @Swiggy @Swiggy_Care

@rapidobikeapp I was charged the whole amount for the ride which was around 400+. But due to unseen circumstances the ride had to be cancelled before last drop. The cost of the ride should have been around 150. But instead it came out as 400+ only. Support chat in app suck
