I adopted Albie (my youngest bun) through Dolly’s Dream Home. If you are new to bunnies, I suggest going through the local Rabbit House Society in Fenton. They provide pre-adoption training, especially around what “rabbit products” are actually bun safe. news.stlpublicradio.org/show/st-louis-…

Really enjoyed this @userinterviews ep on the intersection of a few of my favorite topics: user research, insights repositories, and taxonomy. Recommend!
User Interviews@userinterviews

Libraries have been using insights repositories for decades—and it’s time #UserResearch teams catch up. This week, Nada Alnakeeb of DoorDash & Joanna Perez of Netflix joined us to talk about how to choose, organize, and manage the right repository tool. bit.ly/3MPIlqE

Learned a ton about approaching metadata and DAMs through a DEI lens in today’s webinar, “Managing Metadata for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.” Thanks to the speakers: @jhorodyski, Rebekah Randle, Reem Al Asaleh (@ElAsalehR), Carol Thomas-Knipes (@CTKX), and Margret Campbell.

Really enjoyed the “Applying Research in Industry” session at #ASIST2021, which focused on translating academic research skills to industry work. Jotted down some great advice from the panelists (even though my path is more industry → academia → industry 🤷‍♀️).

Great quote from the Career Development in Knowledge Management session at #asist21: “Most people are not knowledge management experts, nor are they going to be experts, but everyone is a part-time KM practitioner.” - Lu An, Professor at Wuhan University @Lu_An_WHU @asist_org
