It's confirmed, the third one is Unsupervised. That brings Tesla's total Unsupervised Model Y robotaxi fleet to 29 (from 26).

Another day, another Robotaxi. Tesla has two new Unsupervised Model Y robotaxis to its fleet, one in Dallas and this in Houston. There might be a third as well, in Houston, just need to confirm it's Unsupervised (it likely is).

But all jokes aside, I’d love to have another “car” but it wouldn’t be for transportation. Tesla is the #1 mobility platform now that they’ve discontinued the Model S and X.
I’d never switch “mobility platforms” away from Tesla.

Wide spread according to your anecdotal evidence? My issue is you're making a claim "Tesla batteries degrade worse than others" based soley off YOUR opinion based off anecdotal evidence. There are zero studies that I can find that back up what you're saying - everything I find actually says overall Tesla batteries do better than industry average.

2026.14.3 “Failed to Update” as it was installing and now doesn’t appear as an option to update. Seems Tesla may have pulled the update mid install?

As someone who’s first (and probably last) car is a Tesla. I never even thought about windows be rolled up when I got out. It just kinda happened. And people always roll their window up when we get somewhere and I’ve always been confused, I really thought this was a common sense feature in every car!

Seriously love this feature.
Every time I get out of the car, new passengers say: "Aren’t you gonna close your windows?"
I just say: "Wait for it…" 😎

Close Windows on Lock is such a great feature, hard to believe Tesla is one of the only car companies that does this. @Tesla

@Deandawiz Yeah it’s strange that they are specifically talking about “Small Vehicles” when the main use case for this battery is cars and semis and battery storage which are all MASSIVE batteries.

@ethanmckanna @wholemars For sure, seems like a half baked feature for the early access only really. Will be interesting to see how this develops, but is definitely trying to reinforce the “We are trying to validate the new robotaxis models on consumer vehicles instead of having safety riders” memo.

Maybe there's constraints I'm not aware of but feel like it would make more sense to have optional audio prompt, transcribe, and then use an LLM to categorize. Would allow for much more nuance and consistent bucketing of issue type

Would be great to have AI just categorize all the interventions
But that might eat up a lot of compute and not be as reliable as just asking humans today
