I am at the Apple Store on Michigan Avenue right now and, as usual, the store is quite crowded. Not a mob scene and there aren’t any lines—those would be at the Starbucks Roastery, which is a fun place in its own right—but Apple is busy and the store is beautiful.

#AATeam 1/2 flight 3949 TYS ORD at 3.01: clearly available information of inbound hold and average delay at origin of inbound flights of 1 hr 35 min. Why on EARTH did you board us, push back from the gate and then announce “we just learned we have a 2 hour delay”?? Madness!
