It’s not even about it being bad or good, it’s the principle of it. This should’ve never been regulated, it’s a company / free market thing, the state is overstepping big time and even if it seems to result in good changes right now, inevitably it will cause stagnation and fragmentation.
So yeah, I choose free markets over Fortnite any day of the week.
