I'm scared of who I'm becoming. In the past 60 days I've left my room twice. I've stopped working out all together. And I've lost all desire to see my friends. I'm starting to feel like I'm losing my humanity and it really scares me. I think I need some advice.

@Selks13 @kohuborg This year, in BKK, Thailand Jan 11 - in Koh Lanta Jan 26 (after quarantine). Plan on another month or so, but will see how things go. Few things are up in the air now.
