🇦🇱 Albania has announced a ban on TikTok starting January 1, 2025.
"TikTok will no longer be available in the Republic of Albania," PM Edi Rama said, citing concerns that the platform fuels violence among youth.
The ban will last at least one year. After that, officials will review actions by other governments, new filtering technology, and TikTok’s response before deciding whether to extend it.
