Pathetic service from cheaters. I am facing the same problem from past 3-4 months but there is no resolution yet. Cant imagine how can they be so irresponsible while providing an essential service
@LivpureSmart you guys are doing fraud in the name of providing an essential service called water. I raised a service request, technician came and said it’s a problem from back end took the closure otp from me and vanished. However there is no resolution at all

@IndiGo6E Her check-in luggage is only 11kgs and hand baggage is coming to 10kg (maybe). The only help required was to undertake another small bag of 4kgs in check in luggage.
@komal20007 Ma'am, we understand your concern. However, customers are allowed to carry one check-in bag of up to 15 Kg and one hand baggage of up to 7 Kg. Excess baggage over the allowed limits in any of these is chargeable. We look forward to your understanding. ~Kiran
@IndiGo6E I have seen many times when you the policy is tweaked as per the whims and fancies of the staff. Is the policy bigger than a 62 year old woman travelling alone for the 1st time. Total weight of the luggage is within limits,she just has 1 small cloth bag extra

I work from home and suffering from frequent disconnection of wifi on my laptop since 2 years now without any help from your team. I have raised several complaints and each time airtel engineers come and give me meaningless resolutions.
This time if I don’t get any solution I will switch my network to @reliancejio@JioCare. We are not fools that even after paying money we have to keep suffering
