We were still on the first flight when our connection left so we have no chance to fix this online. Lucky to have family here so we chose to burden them instead of @united tonight in hopes they’ll make it right tomorrow.

The most miserable day of air travel ever, and we’re still not home - stuck in Denver. Customer service call line has been 2+ hours all day. The line at DIA is comically long. Thankfully we have a place to stay tonight, but how are you getting us home, @united?
