@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews called the helpline today Day - 7 as per my everyday ritual. And from airtel end they are sorry about my situation & they buy time by giving false promises as everyday.

I m calling the airtel helpline daily they just promise me that in few hours it will be resolved but nobody cares.

My ticket id 10504575935 is still not attended. No service engineer has visited my premises till date and my Airtel Black is not working from 5 days. Airtel big thumbs down 👎🏼

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews today somebody visited from airtel for installation +91 90044 96442 but he said he will return in few minutes but he didn’t turn up.. This is how airtel provides services when customer are waiting from the past 6 days without Internet.
