A few weeks ago the @ycombinator batch begged me to make a CRM crash course for founder-led sales. After multiple drink offers 🍻— I gave in. The session itself went semi-viral inside the batch, and people keep asking for the video. If you’re doing founder-led sales, the CRM might feel like this clunky behemoth system—it doesn’t have to.
