@Camilla_Belich Statistically what is the makeup of the part time workforce? I would suspect it’s a lot of caregivers of all types and people who are unable to work full time. Arguably those who may need a full complement of sick leave.

Make no mistake, the Government’s announcement today that they intend to pro-rata sick leave is a proposal to cut sick leave for the thousands of NZders who work part time. Another broken promise from the National Party.
