I don't really share updates about other sites, but I feel like I have to in this case. CSGORoll has just masked a massive rewards nerf with words that sound good such as "1 million race" and "crypto redemption". To make it as unlikely as possible for the average user to understand how harmful it is to the rewards they receive, they've released more stuff alongside it to confuse the user as much as possible. I would love to say that this was unexpected, but we've warned you about this inevitably happening for the past few years. Here's what you need to know about it: 1. The ponzi scheme has collapsed - the daily cases have been nuked - they say they've never marketed the rewards system as infinitely claimable, however, a number of "influencers" paid by them have done so, with some calling the rewards system a "passive income" - effectively marketing it as a ponzi scheme, which the owner himself acknowledged that the users saw it as in a Discord message (attached). Despite this looking like an update that must've taken a lot of planning, it feels very rushed - their site has had massive performance issues after release and their support team struggles to inform users on how the reward system works with the owner even admitting under his post that support doesn't have information about the rewards system and how it works. Ofcourse, when you release an update that fucks over the people that helped you get to where you are today, you have to release some "positive" updates alongside it to soften the blow. Lets see what those were. 2. The "1 Million Race" sounds great, however, they don't publicly show the names of the users on the leaderboard and they also don't have a live bet feed, making it impossible to verify that it isn't a bunch of made up users that take most of the leaderboard spots. 3. The "crypto redemption". In short, they've got crypto withdrawals (about time), but here's the catch: players who deposit skins/fiat can still only withdraw back to skins. You can only withdraw crypto if you got it through some free rewards or you deposited it initially. TL;DR: massively nerfed rewards (especially for high level users), made a non-verifiable race that is incredibly easy to rig and kind of added crypto withdrawals, but only under certain conditions. Great success 👍
