@kotak_cherry @SEBI_India @udaykotak I invested in SBI Contra Fund via Kotak Cherry. I emailed multiple times to close my SIP (18, 22, 24, 25 & 26 Dec) but received no response. Despite this, ₹1,000 SIP was deducted today. Please close the SIP immediately and refund the amount.

Surprising to note that option for carrying out SWITCH transaction in MF held in @KotakBankLtd investment acc is missing in its new website as well as in #KotakCherry app. This option was very much available in Bank's old website. Request update app./website imdly. @udaykotak

Hi folks, be cautious while investing through the @kotak_cherry application. It’s one of the worst applications I’ve ever seen. Customer care is inaccessible, and if you raise a ticket for a statement, it takes a long time to process. I’ve advised my friends and family members.
