@TTChelps Nope. Just do better. Communication needs to be better. Service needs to be better. Delays understandable. Need boards at station with live updates. The overhead communication is not practical and riders don’t need to hear about delays elsewhere in the system.

@TTChelps please explain”operational problem” which riders interpret as parlance for “terrible Toronto city communication(TTC) while they wait on a packed platform just trying to go home.
