@ola_supports Why is till there is no resolution provided? Only a mail saying technical glitch. No assurance on when the solution can be expected.

Dear @Olacabs I'm unable to download my trip invoices from both the app and website. I've raised multiple complaints and tried reaching support, but there's been zero resolution. A significant amount of my money is stuck due to missing invoices. This is unacceptable.

@ola_supports why does it take for sooo many days for you to give a resolution for a small issue.???

@ola_supports We gave got only a response saying " we regret and we will look into it " that is not something we are looking for.

@ola_supports I am yet to get a resolution to this, by when can I expect it's been a very long time I am behind this. Bcs of the issue I am not able to use Ola for work. You are loosing a customer

@airvistara Hi , As per you DM , I connected with the travel agency and they have confirmed that the ticket was canceled but you have not mentioned about refund. Please let us know how many days will we have to wait for this to get resolved ?

@airvistara We had to cancel the ticket and book another flight. You staff was unable to provide any proper communication on when the flight will take off. We are waiting for the refund now till now no mail or communication regarding refund has come to me.

@airvistara you are a fraud airline! You sent me a cancellation for UK23 message today 20 hours before the departure and promised to send refund proof. Since then no email came or no alternate flight was offered. @JM_Scindia @MoCA_GoI customer care is no more reachable!!

@airvistara once we step in to the comfort there is no going back or flying out to your destination as we have no pilotes...
