The trick is to set up the rewards not too difficult but not too low.
Also, I recommend not adding tasks/habits that you already do well always. Just add those which you are struggling

@pinkegbox17 Have you used one of those RPG phone games that is like a to-do list and you get to level up the character as you complete irl tasks? I used a couple in my day - Habitica and LifeUp (on Android) were really useful!
