The majority of vapes and devices are made in China but even the devices are illegal. Your average vapor is over 40 and I do not want to return to smoking cigarettes

I stopped smoking with a vape in 2016 and all the vape juice I use is made in America. But no matter what the Chinese put in their vape juice it's still far safer smoking

Oh boy—DOJ is currently holding a press conference after seizing "illegal Chinese vapes." As a reminder, Trump said he'd save flavored vaping. About 20 million US adults vape. And Pam Bondi just said only tobacco, menthol, and *cinnamon* flavored vapes are legal.

Technically all vape products without grant orders are illegal in the US. The AG and @DrMakaryFDA manipulated the truth today at the press conference. FDA has selective authority. Today it was clear they've elected to go after all flavored products including ones pending MDO/MGO.
