impossible to get in touch with virgin money who have frozen my credit card. the phone has a two hour wait then cuts you off. chat on their app won't help. about to leave them for an efficient bank.

I ordered a mattresses from the BHF shop in Bristol to find that, after paying, and before delivery, they have sold the item to someone else and delivered the wrong one. They then try to insist that I need to visit the shop again for a refund. this is totally unacceptable

I have twice ordered and paid for mattresses from the BHF shop in Broadmead, Bristol Before delivery, they have sold the item to someone else and delivered the wrong one. They then try to insist that, to get a refund I need to visit the shop again. Not acceptable.

I have a platinum account specifically for the foreign travel insurance. This costs £21 a month. Could Lloyds please be as customer friendly as other insurance companies and give subscribers a refund for the travel insurance which has not been usable since last March please?
