Samsung frequently drops off high-value packages without requiring a physical signature. If they ship this weeks from now against my will, I am stuck in a complete hassle trying to intercept the package, reject the delivery, or chase down a carrier just to ensure it gets sent back safely so I can get my money. ​Why is a multi-billion dollar company forcing customers into this position?
