On the social side, 26+ lakh girls have been supported under Kanya Sumangala, and institutional deliveries are now above 84%, improving maternal safety. Put it together and you see a pattern: safety leads to financial access, which leads to jobs, which brings independence and empowerment. Of course, no system is perfect. But when crores are reached and lakhs become earners, it’s clear this is not just welfare but empowerment. #DoubleEnginekiShakti
