@AirIndiaX @Vktu87 Really!! Last minute cancellations and refund is absolute sham as passengers have to pay 3 times a normal ticket cost. Also your alternate options are pathetic. I was offered a 9 hour layover flight which in leu of my direct flight. Alt flight was 4hrs later and further 2hr delay

I have bitter experience with mAADHAAR app which is inoperative since last August 2023. I submitted complaint more than 14 times even to PM grievance cell. But no effect .Aadhaar 504042934119

I hv raised this few days ago re my S1323289634000, sent 4emails n last email to ceo Amit Agrawal and Pradhan Rajesh Kumar Sinha (osd to ceo) but no response. Forget response, there was not even an acknowledgement response either from anyone.
