I have been a loyal customer (and WJ credit card holder) for years. Because customer service would not honour the involuntary difference, and was honestly very rude and dismissive, I will be canceling my credit card and will never book with WestJet again unless this is rectified.

When I called customer service, they advised they would not honour this price, even though I shared a screen shot showing the price I agreed to, and the price I was charged. Final price at checkout should NEVER show a different total price than what is charged. That is illegal.

When I clicked book, the price shown was 716.04. it did not go through, I changed nothing and clicked book again. The charge on my credit card was 779.04. That price was not reflected in my booking anywhere but showed up on my receipt. I at no point agreed to that higher price.

@WestJet I had a horrible (and illegal) experience with your website, and then with customer service. I was charged $63 more than the price I agreed to when I clicked book on a flight. Customer service would not honour the difference, even though I had screenshots of both prices.
