A great morning at Diaspora as we heard from Dr Leon Moosavi from the University of Liverpool’s @LivUniSoc, before three of our own – Tim Nasilasila, Sakander Shafi and Austin Cole - shared their personal stories as part of a ‘This is Me’ session.

Today we’re welcoming #MFRS staff members and Fire Service colleagues from across the country to the Black-E in Liverpool’s Chinatown for Diaspora 2024. Diaspora is our annual culture and inclusion event, hosted by our Race Equality and Cultural Heritage (REACH) staff network.
