@kristophermc If you follow 'Ask HMRC online' and If the digital assistant can't help you, you can ask to speak to a webchat adviser if one is available. Amandine

@HMRCcustomers got letter saying I owed tax. tried to call but awful waiting times so I wrote a letter challenging it. Today I received notice my case has gone to debt collectors. tried to ring-but you’re having technical difficulties and not accepting calls. What should I do?
