Looking forward to @uxcampaus with baby Raph in tow! When Felix was a baby he enjoyed @DDDPerth so much he barely napped the whole time 😳 I got pretty good at doing sketchnotes one handed or whilst rocking a pram with my foot 👍🏽

@sunky It’s worth checking out the Kano model for rating product features & attributes, & using with the JTBD framework. Still getting my head around both of these though myself! 😂

Conducting a jobs map and we’ve identified a lot of pain points, mix of internal and external users. Want to open my brain up to techniques people use to prioritise these? I always use the standard 2x2 method (effort v impact) ... but is there something else? #uxdesign #ux
