Son's gf started training at the local gym. Day 1 to 3 the trainer made her do 15 mins treadmill, elliptical and cycling each and sent her home.
She called my son and he said this is a waste of time and wrote down a weekly block of push, pull, legs and core for her to follow.
She shared the same with the gym trainer and he apparently told her that he's some Mr. India and that if she trained that way she will become bigger in frame. Whatever that means! Gave her a lit of attitude.
In 2026, this is the rubbish going on at ground levels with young women.

The next 10 years aren’t going to be easy. Whoever becomes the chief minister of bengal, will need a spine of titanium and a steady heart. From infiltration and demographic change to the rot bengal has been pushed into - no infra, no jobs, no industry, nothing, it’ll be an uphill task.
As the euphoric day comes to an end, an ocean of fire awaits the new govt in Bengal.

here's how the universe operates- feminine energy works until you use it to destroy or aid in the destruction of another feminine. then it's a spiral like no other.

Has it sunk in yet? Mamata is not even an MLA today. Defeated twice now by giant slayer Suvendu Adhikari. It is one thing to defeat Mamata in Nandigram. Defeating Mamata in heart of Kolkata bhadralok territory of Bhabanipur is catastrophic for her. She will never recover from this.

Google just got a DISCOM licence for its Vizag data centre hub.
Read that again. Google. Got an electricity distribution licence. In India.
For the first time, a tech giant is not just a customer of the grid. It is a regulated utility. The same legal authority that lets Tata Power sell electricity to a Mumbai apartment now lets Google supply its own data centre.
This is not a story about cheap power. This is a story about who controls infrastructure. Vizag is going to host hyperscale AI workloads — single buildings drawing more electricity than entire small towns. The traditional DISCOM model assumed customers and utilities were separate. AI workloads broke that assumption.
Also note who quietly approved this: Andhra Pradesh. The state betting hardest on data centre investment is also the one rewriting the regulatory book.
The next time someone tells you data centres are 'just servers,' remind them they now come with their own utility licence.

How do men remember each and every road of the city they live in?
Like, it's been a year since I lived in Pune, but I just remember my way to the office and home.
And when I go out to explore other places with male friends, they barely need any map, and idk how, but they navigate so fast.
A skill to learn, indeed.

@vajrayudha11 My mother could have been a doctor but her father made her study humanities because he considered it an insult if his daughter had to work. It was a flex among traditional families in the cow belt to be able to find a son-in-law such that the daughter NEVER had to work outside

🪓@crazyxedi
