@landonjumpoff Thank you. I’m very fortunate to be in acceptance therapy to help me learn to live with it, regardless of whether or not it ever gets better. But I know that’s not accessible to many if not most people. The whole covid situation, esp in HI right now, is just so infuriating.

Just thinking about all the years i survived the heat without ac. A lot of my advice is unglamorous but here goes: Don't try to "be productive" at the hottest times. Maintaining your internal temperature is what you are doing.

The rewriting of what the pandemic was/is has been mentally draining. We didn’t all make it. We weren’t all “in this together”. Many people were viewed as expendable. The people who viewed them as expendable are venerated. I’m fucking tired.
