@vumatel and @VoxTelecom Randpark Ridge has no service. Yes you communicated maintenance, but there’s no internet/zero. So we’re expected to have no internet until the 24th? This is ridiculous, maintenance is after hours, or are you part of City Power?

@vumatel I get this, but you have 4 straight days of maintenance 20-24 April? Maintenance should be 12 midnight- 7am. People have businesses and are working remotely. You should have failover plans. Poor planning at the expense of customers, we expect better! We don’t pay 4 days short?

@vumatel You asked me for a ticket number? I asked you why would the installation take 7 days for a home customer. You should be tranparent and tel customers it take 10days to switch provider and see how many will really move?

@vumatel Got an appointment for next Monday. That’s really not great, 7 days to complete an installation. Vox Sales said by Thursday latest because I order the line last week. But customers can’t wait for 7 days? I was on Vuma previously from 2015-2020 and u were quick? What happened?

@VoxTelecom 2 months ago I had a call with a Vox technician that you will log a call with openserve because my router is faulty. I pay R1250 per month for 350 up and 150 down, but never get 40mbps standing next to the device, the wifi randomly drops, every 10 minutes! 0826048112!
