@Columbia REFUSED to voluntary recognize our union in an email sent early this morning. They want the decision to unionize to be made "through a democratic process." Was a supermajority of RAs (~75%) signing onto our union petition not democratic enough? Shame on Columbia.

We’re rallying for a base wage of $20/hr tomorrow, Feb. 20th, outside the JRC at 12PM!
