Leaders if teachers never have the opportunity to give input or feedback then you don't have a strong team. In fact, you don't have a team at all.

Strong emotions can help to explain behavior, but they don't excuse misbehavior. You can't always control what you feel. You do get to decide whether, when, and how you express it. A mark of emotional intelligence is being thoughtful about the impact of your moods on others.

Don't mistake assertiveness for aggression. Being assertive is advocating for your interests. Being aggressive is attacking other people's interests. Standing up for your ideals doesn't make you pushy—it stops you from being a pushover. It's not selfish—it's self-preservation.

Today Bellmoore was visited by several players from the Hamilton Tiger Cats and Forge FC Soccer Team. Students had lots of fun participating in the "Be Fit" program. Thank you to the players for coming to Bellmoore and spending time with our students today!
