So tomorrow I will make appearance on socially distanced @sat_jamesmartin at 9:20. I will be cooking classic Polish dish ‘Golabki’, with my twist obviously, made out of sauerkraut and ceps. It was great to be back cooking for @jamesmartinchef again and talk about new @KUBARN1!!!

Today is the exciting day when the heart of @KUBARN1 is being made. @Bushman_Jay is the master craftsmen behind @BushmanOvens. I have been using one of those ovens for over the year now and I am fully in love. They have sole and they are a leaving thing.

Recording for new series of @sat_jamesmartin with @jamesmartinchef today. It was great to cook for James again and share the exciting plans for @KUBARN1 ‘The Restaurant’. I have cooked beautiful Poland inspired dish!
