Liverpool spent near half a billion pounds & aren't even a guarantee for Champions League football next season. Nine defeats in the Premier League by the start of March. An utter failure of a season for them. One of the worst defending title winners we've ever seen.

"But what if City is innocent???" In 24/25, City sold shirts for €85m, United sold shirts for €185m, Barca for €277m. City ranks 11th in shirt sales. This is at a point in time when they have been the most successful clubs on the planet for years. But when we look at total commercial revenue -- City is all of a sudden 3rd in the world. For example just £60m behind Barca -- meaning that sponsors are willing to pay a lot more for being associated with City than Barca. Can anyone explain to me why there is a link between shirt sales and value of sponsors for every other club in the world, but City is the one club where there is a great gap between where they rank in shirt sales and sponsor income? Unless this can be explained -- in 2025 -- in a way that makes sense commercially, City is not innocent. And take my word for it -- if we go back to 2015 these numbers looks even more weird.

Arsenal win the game, and most their games, with or without Gyokeres. Sesko is responsible for United continuing to pick up points they otherwise wouldn't. No one is the perfect striker, but one is making a difference to the points tally.

What a terrible game. Sesko is on fire, but there is very little else to like. Another game where you wonder what these players do in training. Still, a huge 3 points and we march on.

I'm rooting for West Ham to stay up and Spurs to go down. I'm just genuinely curious if they would bounce back up or get stuck in lower division hell like Leeds.

Arsenal have built a team whose entire strategy consists of fouling the opposition during corners and set-pieces. And then they do this. Today, Liverpool wrongly awarded an equalizer that was offside. A disgrace.

Utd are finally playing well, there is a good vibe around the club and there looks to be a harmonious atmosphere amongst the players only for Ratcliffe to do something so classless and unnecessary that it defies belief. The man who is making decisions for Manchester United can’t get his basic figures right and the man who tasked himself with changing United’s “culture”. Changing it to what?
