The Alaska State Troopers are looking for 58-year-old Wasilla resident Philip Thomas Phillips, who was found guilty on charges of one count each of Sexual Assault of a Minor in the 1st Degree, the 2nd Degree, and on Harassment. If you see Phillips, please call Troopers at 907-352-5401. Phillips fled Palmer on Monday, July 6. Very early Tuesday morning, he left Whittier on a sailboat. There is now a no bail warrant for Phillips’ arrest.
