Hello, some days ago I played game with "dou" from kosovo, since beginning he was very agressive into me and my friends. Below i sent clips about his negative behavior. After many of his provocative words I called him "kosovo dog" and got banned for 7 days. @FACEIT_Darwin

Could u do something with this guy? It wasn't enjoyable to play with him and after all Im the only one with punishment -thats sucks. Or it's possible to change my ban from game ban to que ban? so i could play national hubs. please contact me!

I really regret my words and Its my first ban on faceit for verbal abuse.
