@JioMart_Support @JioMart Extremely disappointed with the support experience. Order ID: JM6A0522E70106C9B28F. Ordered mangoes & milk packets on May 14. App showed ripened mangoes but raw mangoes were delivered. Milk packets were damaged/leaking.

@JioMart_Support Later, the complaint tickets themselves disappeared from the app, and now I am being informed that the complaint window has expired, which is unfair.

@JioMart_Support Hi Team, The response provided is incorrect. I had already raised the complaint within the eligible complaint window, and your support team had created complaint tickets for the same. I had also uploaded product images as proof during the complaint process.

@BlueDart_ I already shared my AWB number, but till now no action has been taken and my shipment has still not been delivered. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.
