What are the diagnostic possibilities in this patient? Female baby born by vaginal delivery at 34 weeks of gestation with a birth weight of 1.6 kg. Admitted to the NICU 3 hours after birth for prematurity and respiratory distress. Kept on CPAP, given surfactant. Started on enteral feeds of formula through orogastric tube. Was tolerating feeds well. At 50 hours of life developed tense abdominal distension. An erect abdominal radiograph showed the following: #neotwitter

@EBNEO @LancetChildAdol I have adopted the practice of sitting posture for LP after seeing the trial results. I feel it has improved the success rate. I could do it in even ventilated babies with less physiologic disturbance.
