भारत में ज्यादातर टेलीकॉम कंपनियां 28 दिन की वैलिडिटी वाले प्लान देती हैं, जिन्हें “मंथली प्लान” कहा जाता है. लेकिन असल में ये पूरे 30 दिन नहीं चलते. इसी मुद्दे को Raghav Chadha ने संसद में उठाया. उन्होंने बताया कि 28 दिन के प्लान की वजह से यूजर्स को साल में 12 की जगह 13 बार रिचार्ज करना पड़ता है, जिससे उनका खर्च बढ़ जाता है. इस मुद्दे के बाद Jyotiraditya Scindia ने कहा कि सरकार टेलीकॉम कंपनियों से 30 दिन वाले प्लान को ज्यादा प्रमोट करने के लिए कह रही है. उन्होंने बताया कि Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) पहले ही निर्देश दे चुका है कि हर कंपनी को अपने प्लान्स में कम से कम एक 30 दिन वाला ऑप्शन जरूर देना होगा. TRAI का नियम क्या कहता है TRAI ने 2022 में एक टैरिफ नियम जारी किया था, जिसमें कहा गया था कि हर टेलीकॉम ऑपरेटर को अपने हर कैटेगरी के प्रीपेड प्लान में कम से कम एक 30 दिन का प्लान देना होगा. इसका मकसद यूजर्स को 28 दिन वाले प्लान के अलावा एक सही “मंथली” ऑप्शन देना था, ताकि उन्हें बार-बार रिचार्ज न करना पड़े. यूजर्स को क्यों करना पड़ता है 13 बार रिचार्ज 28 दिन का प्लान हर महीने 2-3 दिन कम पड़ता है. इसी वजह से एक साल में कुल 365 दिनों को कवर करने के लिए यूजर्स को 13 बार रिचार्ज करना पड़ता है. यह तरीका कंपनियों के लिए फायदेमंद होता है, लेकिन यूजर्स के लिए यह महंगा साबित होता है. #Telecom #Recharge #TelecomSector #Airtel #JIo #VI #ZeeNews
