@bakchod_launda_ @ghumare64 1 experienced engineer can replace a team of 10 , I'm literally shipping apps like crazy in the past 2 months, most of the people haven't even tried Agentic coding they are stuck at AI IDEs. I mean if I have Claude code then there is no chance a SDE 1 can compete with it

@ghumare64 I disagree. You need an experienced engineer to review, monitor and architect. You can remove the dependency but you can't just neglect these roles. You can't depend on an AI agent who will resolve the war-room issues, running commands in production, designing a full stack app.
