I would like to welcome @LubaYudasina into our creator network. Luba is an engineer-turned-creator who built a 100K YouTube following documenting life inside Silicon Valley's biggest companies. Now on "The Luba Show", she’s hosting deep-dive interviews with the founders, investors, and operators shaping the future of tech. If you think you have what it takes to be the next TBPN, this is for you. Here's what you'll get as a creator: I will source guests from my vast network, bring you sponsor opportunities, amplify your content across channels, and share what has worked building my own personal brand. You also get to keep 100% of every dollar we bring you. Apply using the link: boardy.ai/?ref=creator-n…

At 21, having just left xAI's youth talent team last month, @richzou is launching Bo Le Capital ... a talent investing fund inspired by Michael Ovitz's CAA playbook. Structure: • Venture arm (deploys into close friends, no round-size restrictions) • Recruiting agency (paid in equity per hire, not cash) • Talent agency (operators get most of the fees they help generate) It's named after 伯乐 (Bo Le), the legendary Chinese figure from the parable. "In ancient China, the king asked this individual, Bo Le, to find a horse that can run 1,000 miles. He looked at all the best breeds, all the healthy ones, all the strong ones, but none could run 1,000 miles." "On the way back, he saw an old horse pulling a cart up a hill, and he saw something in it. He brought it back, treated it ... and that horse later became the 1,000-mile horse." "I love what Ovitz did with CAA. The framework is right. Essentially, do what's best for talent." "A lot of people ask me what my founders do, and I'm like, I can tell you about their entire life story, but sometimes I can't even tell you what they're working on. Just recently, I wrote a blind check to one of my close friends without even reading the memo. These are the people I wanna back."

As an angel / investor I believe it’s in your best interest to help your portfolio companies hire…not charge them for introductions to engineers…
