Complex #aneurysms require elegant solutions. Here we show a stent-in-stent construct to protect the PCA and SCA. We use our “roller coaster” technique to navigate #inflow—>outflow of the SCA. Nuanced understanding of stent characteristics and advanced techniques are needed.
