So Modi has quietly "committed" you to DOUBLING US imports - every year, for 5 years straight. That's never happened. 2. "$100B of Boeing jets!" : India imported $0.76B of US aircraft last year. You can't summon $100B of planes in 5 years when Boeing's backlog already runs past a decade. An order book stretched to the 2040s sold to you as a 5-year "purchase." So expect this to masquerade into “defence” purchases as well. 3. Energy is the BIGGEST chunk of this $500B. India bought ~$15B of US energy last year the govt's OWN stated target was $25B. Watch out for huge energy purchases from US at inflated prices over next few years. 4. In Feb 2025 Modi himself called $500B the goal for TOTAL two-way trade by 2030 between US and India. Now the same $500B is suddenly India's ONE-WAY shopping bill alone with no commitment from the US. The effect on the rupee will be devastating. Overall Compromised PM Modi has completely sold out India’s interests to enrich Americans.

I recently flagged off the first export consignments of Kalaburagi Rotti to Australia, USA and Canada. Export volumes are expected to reach 10,000 rotis per month each to the US and Australia and 5,000 per month to Canada. Around 1,000 women from over 100 local Self-Help Groups are today part of this growing ecosystem. Over the last two years, our Government has worked systematically to build the Kalaburagi Rotti brand by providing 150+ rotti-making machines at subsidised rates to women SHGs and entrepreneurs, facilitating CSR support and enabling packaging, labelling and branding support. Kalaburagi Rotti has also been available on platforms like Swiggy, Zomato and Amazon. This initiative is helping create stronger rural enterprises, enhanced incomes and greater economic self-reliance for the women of my district. A matter of great pride for all of us!

The “glitch” is because of MEITY rules! Rahul Gandhi’s social media accounts have been suppressed for a long time. His X reach, YouTube views, Insta followers have all been suppressed. This is how India’s opposition leaders voice is curtailed.

I travelled through Great Nicobar today. These are the most extraordinary forests I have ever seen in my life. Trees older than memory. Forests that took generations to grow. The people on this island are equally beautiful - both the adivasi communities and the settlers - but they are being robbed of what is rightfully theirs. The government calls what it is doing here a “Project.” What I have seen is not a project. It is millions of trees marked for the axe. It is 160 square kilometres of rainforest condemned to die. It is communities that have been ignored while their homes have been snatched away. This is not development. This is destruction dressed in development’s language. So I will say it plainly, and I will keep saying it: what is being done in Great Nicobar is one of the biggest scams and gravest crimes against this country’s natural and tribal heritage in our lifetime. It must be stopped. And it can be stopped - if Indians choose to see what I have seen.
