The Public Service Staff Development Centre led by the Director-General, Mr. Adekunmilola Adio-Moses, was established in 1994, to provide learning, capacity building and development programs, promoting excellence in public service delivery. A friend wanted me to see this video. It succinctly captures Nigeria in the context of the global issues. Nothing beats hearing from those in the arena who know the theory and are also involved in the day to day practical realities of these big challenges. Dr Kingsley Obiora has always been a star. However, one of his greatest strengths is in being able to break big problems into granular details. You can’t do that if you don’t get it.
