For that matter how does orbit work in this world? The sun is visible in daytime and the moon in the night, the sun has a visible movement pattern and I can't remember if the moon does. What is orbiting what? What are their respective gravities?

Anyway speaking of teyvat world structure I am actually curious why not only the traveller but teyvat in general is familiar with the concept of eclipses. Which can only happen if there is a third celestial body present to block out the sun/moon which has hardly ever happened
