Good Morning and Happy Monday from the Riot campus! Here's a weekly update! Current live meta seems to be one of the better ones of the set so far, which comps available at all cost levels and a wide variety of playable lines. Certainly not perfect by any means, and it feels like we shoulda got here about 2-3 patches earlier, but definitely one of the better metas. With that, today is when we start locking in 14.21 which is the final competitive patch of the set and second to last of the whole set. Almost there! The patch itself is looking very small which shouldn't be a surprise. It's mostly focused on nerfing a few things that are just over the line with light touches. It should be a very short rundown. That being said, if you think there is something that MUST be addressed next patch that we might miss, call it out in the replies. This is the best day to say "WAIT MORT YOU HAVE TO BUFF X!!!" So I'll be all ears today if you have strong feelings. Then from there, the team is focused on the next set. Behind the scenes, I think this is the furthest ahead we've ever been on a set. Normally we get 0-3 "Jam Days" on a set where our most skilled folks play like 7-8 games in a row to get some deep testing on a set. This set we may get to do as many as 6 which is awesome! One of those on Tuesday and it's always nice to get to participate in those and really make sure the set is coming together. Can't wait to share what they've been cooking! Alright, that's it for now.
