Dear @cbic_india Extension was expected but was not granted.

Original ITR अभी तक process नहीं हुई, revision का अधिकार खत्म हो गया और गलती सुधारने के लिए ITR-U में extra tax!
यह compliance नहीं.. system failure की कीमत taxpayers से वसूलना है..

Too many statutory due dates falling on Dec 25. FY 21-22 (S. 73) limitation period also falls on the same date. FAQs were coming in till mid of Dec 25. Consolidation, segregation, reporting—across states—not an easy task. #GSTR9 #GSTR9C @cbic_india #Extend_Due_Date_Immediately
