No, retard. That’s not what it means. 13% of the population (Black Americans) commits ~50-55% of murders and ~52% of robberies — year after year, according to FBI Uniform Crime Reports. This does NOT mean “every single Black person is a criminal.” It means a small subset of that 13% is committing a massively outsized amount of violent crime. Simple math even you can understand: If 13% of the population commits 50% of murders → that group is committing crime at roughly 7–8 times the rate of everyone else. The vast majority of Black people are not committing violent crime. But the violent criminal underclass inside that 13% is responsible for half the country’s murders. That’s why cities with large Black populations have sky-high crime rates. That’s why you see the same pattern in Waffle Houses, malls, street takeovers, etc. The statistic isn’t “debunked.” It’s straight from the FBI. You’re just too emotional to accept what the numbers actually mean.
