Depressing experience with a purchase from Samsung website. Damaged product was delivered for which I am being offered repair service where ideally it should be replaced ! Stay away from Samsung home appliance if looking for the right after sales support @SamsungIndia

Worst experience with #Samsung service . Ordered a microwave which I recived with major dents. The process for replacement is unclear to both the service center and the customer care. WORST part they are offering repair support for a product which should ideally be replaced
