I remember how much I dreaded the first mother’s day after my mother’s passing. Sleeping is the worst part in loss — it all feels like a dream. Wishing kindness and protection upon the Chilima babies — the first father’s day as their dad lies in state. May God hold them together.

A few hours into her weaning, Alexis started to have seizures again. The Drs have reapplied all meds she was on. Tomorrow, she will get an MRI and try to reaccess. We need all the prayers we can get, as Drs told us they are worried she does have brain damage from the seizures 🙏🏾
