NFT brands are cooking these marquee partnerships and yet NFT prices are tanking Why? The answer is simple. While these partnerships do good for the brand, it does not give people any reason to buy a jpeg for $1000+ If there’s nothing for the holders short term they won’t care So basically we are seeing a huge disconnect rn between NFT brands and the NFT market On one hand, you have NFT brands building their businesses & IPs non-stop On the other hand, you have the NFT market dumping jpegs just because they see no reason to hold on or buy these without airdrops, or any immediate pump in prices Sooner or later, these NFT projects will need to bridge this gap between building the business beyond web3 and the market desires in web3 After all, “price goes up” is the only utility that matters

Definitely agreed with everything you said. Rug because FP dropped. If FP is still holding at 2-4eth at the moment then nobody would say anything despite the level of communication being the same. On the otherhand, if Ray was actively communicating and fp still drop to 0.5eth, people will call him a scammer either way.
